Be very careful when dealing with this company. I was misled by one of their sales representatives. He pressured me heavily into signing up for uniform and mat rental packages and clearly told me that I could cancel anytime with no penalties or extra costs. However, after a few months when I decided to cancel, I was shocked to receive an invoice for around $8,000. "I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When I signed the contract, they promised that my prices would not increase. Yet, just two months later, they raised my prices without any notice. After that, they came, picked up the towels, and canceled the service. I was later threatened with legal action, even though I had no indication I owed anything further. This was a complete lack of transparency, and I do not recommend them."
