Worst service ever. I have worked at James Hardie for 13 years, and have never got good service. You almost never get the right number off clothes back. They don't often repair them, and if they don't provide the promised 5 sets. You will not get a refund. Sometimes your clothes just go "missing". The guy who comes to the plant isn't helpful. Jackson, Steve, Adam.....top tier service. When I need something, all I have to do is send an email or make a phone call and it is done. Our employees are very happy with the uniforms they provide.
