If I could give Cintas zero stars, I would. This company took advantage of me as a small business owner by locking me into a 5-year contract that was never clearly explained during the sales process. A rep came to my business in person and gave me a quick pitch about their services — not once did they mention I’d be financially handcuffed for half a decade. All of the staff are very polite and friendly. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.
They cheated by getting a 60 month (5 year) contract signed by one of the ex-employees of the organization and want to send debt collection agencies to abide by that contract. Even after returning their very expensive uniforms (not worth the price) after the initial 6 month period, now the company wants to collect funds for all 5 years from us. NEVER sign a contract with CINTAS. They will coax your employees to sign the contract and will let your business suffer. Please read all the other reviews as well with this same fraud... read more
