I am writing to report an incident involving a Cintas driver in Newton Center on January 27, 2026, at approximately 1:40 PM. As a lab manager who deals with several companies/vendors and representatives this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took over a year to actually get service due to lack of communication. I have had to repeat myself several times as if I was starting the conversation for the first time, even though there is an email chain for reference. They sent incorrect invoices and despite fixing the invoice and having proof of the PO, they charged another lab's account. After removing the charge from the other lab's accoun... read more
