I am writing to report an incident involving a Cintas driver in Newton Center on January 27, 2026, at approximately 1:40 PM. The driver parked and blocked a one-way street for approximately five minutes, preventing traffic from passing. After I honked to alert him, he eventually moved the vehicle. As a lab manager who deals with several companies/vendors and representatives this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took over a year to actually get service due to lack of communication. I have had to repeat myself several times as if I was starting the conversation for the first time, even though there is an email chain for reference. They sent incorrect invoices and despite fixing the invoice and having proof of the PO, they charged another lab's account. After removing the charge from the other lab's accoun... read more

If you see the name Ritchie Nicole stay away and run. Worst manager I have ever had to deal with. Constantly wrong invoices, charged for items I never received and she has the audacity to send me to collections for amounts I never owed to cintas and was wrongfully charged for. Refuses to have a face to face or answer my phone calls. Unprofessional.
