Jacob Ridlon comes in every month with a smile & positive attitude. He’s a wonderful representative for Cintas.
They cannot keep route drivers. The rags they provide either have trash in them or lack absorbency causing increase in amount of rags needed. You can complain all you want but don't expect to get real resolutions. Beware of being held hostage. Makes sense they have such a low rating.
