Do NOT EVER do business with Cintas. We signed up for their uniform services, and we used them for a while, but our shirts kept coming back dirty and smelling bad and ripped etc. Our employees decided they would rather wash the shirts at home instead of having Cintas wash them because of how nasty they were. We told Cintas we wanted to cancel our services, and they told us that we COULD NOT cancel, because we signed a contract for 6 years. When the salesman came he NEVER mentioned a contract. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I really have no idea how they stay in business.
Straight trash. They delivered my uniforms and the patches are glued on, covering up the last person company name. Shrinks after one wash. Do not waste your time or money with this company!!!
I had a highly disappointing experience with this services company. I initially signed up for a service that promised weekly deliveries of essential items to my three stores. Unfortunately, they consistently failed to deliver many items from my order while still charging me for them. To make matters worse, my weekly payments were supposed to be fixed, but I was billed inconsistently, often double amount.
