Cintas has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. From the start, they never delivered the correct uniforms — names were spelled wrong, sizes were wrong, and half of what we ordered never showed up. The salesman vanished the second we signed the contract, and when we tried to get issues resolved, no one ever called us back for months. On top of that, the uniforms they did bring were dirty and unusable. This company is a complete scam and has been nothing but a waste of time and money. Stay far away from Cintas.
Very tight space for large trucks enter in employee car parking lot. People were nice they have a bathroom inside, average time for unloading.
I’ve been a customer of Cintas at my fitness club in Rhode Island for the past 10 years, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
