They auto-renewed our contract after three years. Price was three times what we were originally paying. Sure, I didn't read the contract but you know, I have a lot of stuff to do and I don't have a legal team to review these things before signing. I have tried calling numerous times and apparently they do not want any more customers. Every number I have called they either answer and act as if they can't hear you and just hang up, rings a couple of times and then hang up or let it ring. A very unprofessional company. I can't even get this escalated to a manager since they DON"T PICK UP!!

This is a sneaky company beware. They include a clause in their contracts that renew said contracts, which are already 3 year long contracts! Then with no notice at all, no new signature and no assistance with the matter, they will, of course, renew the contract. It's all legal, but definitely sneaky buisness that may inherently trap buisnesses into whatever price they see fit , especially dealing with local establishments that may not have the resources to have a lawyer go over the contract necessarily.

Might want to get uniforms somewhere else
