They charge random fees every week. I clearly did not lose or damage any linens, yet they keep billing me for it. They even overcharged me for an extra rug. On top of that, they often fail to deliver air fresheners and hand soap on time—I have to ask the driver for them every single time. This is extremely dishonest. Also, make sure to keep a close eye on the contract term, because they won’t remind you and it will automatically renew.
We’ve been loyal Cintas customers since 2019 and were always happy with their drivers — friendly, professional, and reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their account reps completely changed my opinion. Service rep was rude & disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from Cintas before. It’s disappointing to see a company known for good service tolerate that kind of treatment toward long-time customers.
People, do not, I repeat, do not apply there. I applied there, got an interview/tryout, I "worked" there from about 2pm til 9pm, they told me I was gonna get a check for that day, it's been 3weeks and I haven't received the check.
