I sent emails and requests many times about issues, but they just sent me automatic answer email. That is it. Never tried to solve the problems. Fake invoices and No promises. I have never seen this kind of company.

Tried to renew my service contract for an additional 3 years without notice or consent from me. Then served me with a demand letter when I canceled. Incredibly shady. AVOID!!!!

A guy came into our store to show his company's product to show me. That looked good , but my store is small to getting that kind of service. A sales man told me I could cancel anytime whenever I do not need the service anymore. So I made a decision to start the service. He and his company man did not tell me about contract at all and I didn't even know this was rental service. I tried to complain about it, but the salesman did not answer my message. The actual services and equipment is good but it is a 5 year contract. They did not tell us upfront. We found out after 1.5 years when we tried to cancel. There is also a minimum weekly cost that is not in the actual contract. No heads up. Just a small line in a contract. They were at best forgetful and at worst hopeful that we didn't read every line of a contract for cleaning supplies before we signed.
