We’ve been loyal Cintas customers since 2019 and were always happy with their drivers — friendly, professional, and reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their account reps completely changed my opinion. Service rep was rude & disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from Cintas before. It’s disappointing to see a company known for good service tolerate that kind of treatment toward long-time customers.
People, do not, I repeat, do not apply there. I applied there, got an interview/tryout, I "worked" there from about 2pm til 9pm, they told me I was gonna get a check for that day, it's been 3weeks and I haven't received the check.
