Not sure about the company. I’ve never needed to use them personally. But one of the big van drivers is not a good driver. If I put on my brakes, he would’ve hit me. He drives way too aggressive and tailgates way too close and tries to speed around Other cars and in tight placesin a giant Van Way too fast. Hoping to send some feedback by leaving a review here.
2.4 stars tells you all you need to know here. A receptionist signed a 5-year contract on behalf of our company and we are being held hostage over it. She had no authority to transact on behalf of the business, yet they took her signature and won't let us out of the bogus agreement. They haven't provided any service for us for the better part of 2 years now, yet they continue to charge us weekly. Steer clear!
I work and am unable to call Cintas during their "business hours". Very frustrating that their website doesn't offer an alternate method of contact. My company pays Cintas for uniform shirts and slacks. Problem is that the shirts are right-handed. One of the pockets (over the left chest area) is pre-sewn for an ink pen. They take what you pay for and still charge you for 300 cmon alsco and everyone else is better.
I usually try to leave 5 star reviews for businesses but I cannot for Cintas. We’ve used Cintas services for a few years for our business. The services have been very mediocre with orders inconsistently arrive on time and/or just low quality linens. We recently sold one of our stores. The buyers elected not to continue services with Cintas and now Cintas is requiring us to pay out the remainder of the contract which is over $5000.
