Everyone is very nice and accommodating until you sign papers with them. All I needed at the time was a towel service which they said they could do, which was a lie. They gave me shreds that were unusable and did not have the size we needed to run a business after they said they could order the towels. Disregarded the towels and kept using this company for hand sanitizer, room scent, soap, and a floor mat.
