3950 w lake Mead worker needs to be FIRED! Four months OR longer (since October) and they can not get my boyfriend a jacket or trade in the pants that was incorrect on sizing because it won't button up. Cintas worker said he will order it and than said he didn't put it in!? Every damn week !? They also won't give him extra pants unless he returns the shorts. So dumb what is he to do in summer? Not very impressed with this company you turning clothes in you should get them back you don't... they say they scan them and they must miss them because there's no way I'm taking these filthy clothes home ...They need to have a better system of keeping track of what's going on with the clothes Cause quite a few of us at work are missing clothes

They never deliver on time during holidays for our sheets. When we contact their office, they kept telling us they are coming but ended up no call no show for the day. Then later on when you call them to ask where they are, they tell you they cannot make it. We have talked to the manger office service times about the situation, but NEVER improved.
