I had a very bad experience with Cintas. Their service is honestly pathetic. At the beginning, the salesperson was acting very nice, saying all the usual things like “we are number one,” “best service,” and all that — but they never clearly explained the terms and conditions. Worst uniform company we have dealt with in 21 years. Under contract with no issues, when contract expired, we anticipated same service and reasonable price point to continue. What we got was an increase over 60%, argumentative representatives that resorted to basic extortion to resign a new contract and after taking an additional $1600 plus dollars from my business in a short period, offers a few free weeks if we sign a new contract and return to a lower weekly rate.
