Worst uniform company we have dealt with in 21 years. Under contract with no issues, when contract expired, we anticipated same service and reasonable price point to continue. What we got was an increase over 60%, argumentative representatives that resorted to basic extortion to resign a new contract and after taking an additional $1600 plus dollars from my business in a short period, offers a few free weeks if we sign a new contract and return to a lower weekly rate. One of their employees left a derogatory note on my vehicle, as I had parked over the line in my truck because the vehicle next to me was on the line of their spot. I contacted their customer service line twice and have not received a response. I have sentry camera footage of the individual as well as the plate number of the Cintas vehicle he was driving.
