The service from Cintas is horrible. We have not had service in 3 weeks. When I contacted customer service they give the same song and dance. Claim to send it to route manager to have them call back. Still no call back.
Rudy is our service representative and we couldn't be happier with him. He is always here on time and helpful with finding the right products for our needs depending on the time of year and what makes sense for our clubhouse!
