Edit: in 2025 my work received a bag of rags WITH A NEEDLE IN IT!! We've been good since then but that's unacceptable! I've had the displeasure of dealing with Cintas over the last 7 years or so. I want to say they get things correct one out of every 100 times or so (whether it be a simple swap out, bringing the correct persons clothing, or even just placing our order) Currently I have been waiting for my new uniforms for a month now.. I sure miss G&K!! They rarely screwed anything up.
