This has been a terrible experience from the get go. I own a small business & we were using Cintas for a convenience to us. They could not get us the right stuff and continually made excuses & did not seem to care that the delivery driver (Chris) didn't do his job. I am discontinuing my service because this is supposed to be a service that is a convenience & something that I shouldn't have to worry that it will be right & each week was a problem. This place is a joke. My son received his uniforms today and they have stuff all over them. It's gross, You can tell they were not cleaned. This isn't the first time. Stay away. I wouldn't t give 1 start but it makes you.
Cintas has continually under performed and under delivered on their contract promises. We have tried many times to become released from their contract. Now we are being told they have no record of being contacted through the years (of which we have proof). We were approached to renew our contract as it was set to expire after 3 years. As a small business owner, I highly recommend you do your research before entering into any type of business with Cintas. Very deceitful practices, I have ben bullied into remaining a customer by their shady way of having me unknowingly sign a 5 year contract. Nothing was disclosed to me! I was told it was just initialing the new costs on products.
