Awful service from the sales reps. Unfortunate because the driver that services our shop is great. We are going to a different service and they refuse to take our clothes back and continue to charge us
Always great service ! We have a attentive driver who fulfills are requests on a timely manner. Happy with quality of the uniforms and service. We have been with Cintas for well over 25 years and do not plan on changing.
We have been using Cintas for a little over 2 years now, and even when we have been asked my other companies to revisit our services and the cost of our services, I can say that they always tell us we are initially getting a great price right of the bat with Cintas. On top of that, any extra penny I spend with Cintas is worth the customer service and quality items that we receive.
