Jose B is very professional. Personally delivered me my employees shirts that was not put on the truck for whatever reason. Definitely recommend him and the cintas location in my area! And he always answers the phone. Even on saturdays!!
Horrible customer service after the "SALE" can't wait for the 5 year commitment to be up. They expect to be paid weekly. But you can expect to wait MONTHS for shirts. Our salesman said they would fix, clean or replace shirts. But that's not the case. And when the do attempt this. Your out uniforms for months. Its a ridiculous deal. They say they want me to reach out in the response just to look good. It gets nothing resolved.
