Watched 3 different trucks not use turn signals and cut off traffic this morning leaving the warehouse.
Was lied to multiple times about the style of clothes and the clothes dont fit bigger people unless you want a big giant ghetto uniform. They refuse to work with you to get a uniform that fits. Once the rep cons you into a contract she completely ghosts your company. Im not sure how Gina still has a job this is completely unacceptable. They dont even show up on the days theyre supposed to either.
Cintas North Jackson has the worst cusomter service. No one answers the phone ever. You leave Voicemail after Voicemail trying to get ahold of someone, anyone always a voicemail. Jerald May was our account manager. He speaks very professional but he has the worst customer service and is very dismissive and not helpful. I've been dealing with an account since Septemeber, one time I called him and he didn't even know what I was talking about and told me he forgot! I don’t think their company is the type that wants Africans and minorities working representing them in the front line Sales representatives. have no problem with them working back line behind the Scenes.
Always have trouble with them getting my clothes right
