Brandon is a great guy and enjoyable to be around. Hard worker and gets the job done.
If you are a small business do not hire Cintas for anything. They will provide substandard services yet charge you premium prices. I had hired cintas for rugs in my business and they repeatedly showed up with rugs that were torn or wavy making it extremely dangerous for my customers as a trip hazard. I had to contact them eight times for rugs to come and be replaced, and by the ninth I was ready to terminate service because the prices kept going up and the service never improved. Watched 3 different trucks not use turn signals and cut off traffic this morning leaving the warehouse.
Was lied to multiple times about the style of clothes and the clothes dont fit bigger people unless you want a big giant ghetto uniform. They refuse to work with you to get a uniform that fits. Once the rep cons you into a contract she completely ghosts your company. Im not sure how Gina still has a job this is completely unacceptable. They dont even show up on the days theyre supposed to either.
Cintas North Jackson has the worst cusomter service. No one answers the phone ever. You leave Voicemail after Voicemail trying to get ahold of someone, anyone always a voicemail. Jerald May was our account manager. He speaks very professional but he has the worst customer service and is very dismissive and not helpful. I've been dealing with an account since Septemeber, one time I called him and he didn't even know what I was talking about and told me he forgot!
