I entered into a 90 trial with our restaurant that is part of a 10 store chain. Iwas asked to sign what was presented as a formality loan agreement but in fact was a 5 year transferable contract. The chain decided not to go with the program but I was informed by Cintas that I am tied to a five year commitme and that if I sell the restaurant the contract goes to the new owner. This was not what was presented to us.
