Thank you for absolutely being the worst company to even so much as apply to. After 2 emails sent to the “we want to hear from you” email I have had ZERO response or reach out in weeks. Absolutely pathetic company with absolutely pathetic morals. Do yourselves a favour guys and don’t use them for business or for anywhere to apply to because this company is a joke.
They have lost all the grip of responsibilities. Their services have degraded and their workers are inexperienced. I would highly recommend the owner of the restaurant to take his business seriously and fulfill all the customers demands if they are paying you for the services. Your mops are broken, your clothes are torn and on top of that the bag you provide to throw the used linens are worst.
We had a very disappointing experience with Cintas regarding their carpet rental service. A sales representative visited our business during the winter months to pitch their carpet rentals. From the outset, I clearly communicated that we were only interested in a short-term solution for the winter season. i have many accounts with this company they will invoice you for thing and not deliver them.then have have the driver sign there invoice off and you will be accountable for the payment.this is common practice as stated by customer service rep.as far as im concerned an invoice is legal binding contract between two company's for a transaction that was made.anything else is considered forgery! i called the help lone 3 times today the first at 8:48am the second time at 10:15 and the third time at 10:46 it os now almost 4 pm anf ... read more
