Never really had an issue, after years of using the company. Also, they have outstanding customer service, which can be hard to find nowadays
Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority here. Tuesday is our delivery day. After discovering that they had not delivered any clean uniform pants for me last Tuesday I called to let them know. I was told they would look after it. After waiting for 2 days, I called back on Thursday and was told it was being escalated to a manager and I would get a call back. Thank you for absolutely being the worst company to even so much as apply to. After 2 emails sent to the “we want to hear from you” email I have had ZERO response or reach out in weeks. Absolutely pathetic company with absolutely pathetic morals. Do yourselves a favour guys and don’t use them for business or for anywhere to apply to because this company is a joke.
They have lost all the grip of responsibilities. Their services have degraded and their workers are inexperienced. I would highly recommend the owner of the restaurant to take his business seriously and fulfill all the customers demands if they are paying you for the services. Your mops are broken, your clothes are torn and on top of that the bag you provide to throw the used linens are worst.
