I have been in management for 25 years and would have been fired for that behavior! This office manager is a joke! Rude, smart mouthed and just has no business in the public! They pay there unloaders like trash..those guys basically sort through a rolling dumpster...But they cater to there customers like little babies and if they tell they customers they need to change the way they do things then the customers drop there contract.....Just hurry up and close them down...
