If you are a cleaning company wanting to add this company to your list DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! They have been through MULTIPLE cleaning companies in just the last few months, they have un realistic expectations, heartless, and 100% racist as well!!!. Employee wise, they have some compassionate ones, Management wise DEFINITELY NOT!!. Stay away from this absolutely disgusting and awful company!!.
We were with Cinta’s for years. And while there were some issues here and there, it was mostly a positive experience. Recently, we had employees retire and turn in their uniforms. Oh, boy, did the charges rack up. (Almost $1,000 for ONE employee.) Fast forward, and we have been considering stopping the service. We had been pressured repeatedly to sign a new contract at least a year from the end of our old contract. When we chose cintas the rep said if we were not happy we could cancel at any time. This was a lie. The invoice never matches what we receive. We just want to be done with cintas.
