Con you into a contract and then break it within a month, there lazy, past 3 weeks they left the mop heads outside on the ground.
Sold my business October 16th 2025. I did business with Cintas over 20 years. Used Cintas website to put in a request to stop service the same day. They received the request and stated it was pending. Cintas continued to drop rugs off at the business and charged my account that was set up autopay over 30 days after I put in the request. Beware of it, when considering doing business with them. When I contacted them about it, the woman was very rude.
They will talk anybody into signing a contract. That is not authorized to do so for your business. And then try to hold the business accountable.
I literally just saw Cintas driver continue on as an ambulance was behind them because he was 03 miles to his destination. This is absolutely unacceptable how rude. We need to be more compassionate in life we need to be more understanding we need to do more love what is going on
