Wish I could give less than one star - We worked with them for about 5 years and loved our service until we sold our restaurant and needed to cancel our services. After attempting to cancel online through the MyCintas portal 6 times, and calling them over 10 times to get transferred to a new confused service agent every time, they wrongfully charged us $750 and "don't know how to get us a refund".
