Been in business for 17 years now and this is the only company ive left a negative review for. Absolutely the most difficult, least consistent and most deceptive company ive ever dealt with. Nobody can help when it comes to cancelling service. Continuous attempts to keep you as a customer by saying "I dont have your contract on hand, well have to have management call you back". Nobody calls back. Sales people are deceptive. Do not recommend.
Cintas has been doing our uniforms for my company for years. The uniforms never fit right, I get 11 pants and shirts, 3 fit good, 4 are huge and the other 4 are tight, but all same sizes, then when you tag one for a repair, they give you a new one and it is usually huge too, but says same size. A majority of us here all deal with it. How does this happen?? I literally just ordered all new pants and shirts cause tired of dealing with all different fits with all of them, so my 1st new set fit good, now my next 2 sets are huge.... read more
The young man who does our rugs is always coming into our building screaming profanities and throwing stuff out of anger, disturbing our workers. Very unprofessional.
