I wish I read the reviews. Billing and card errors. Quantity errors. I signed a contract to receive 100 towels a week. Dan Wernecke out of nowhere changed it so I can only receive 50. Over the past 10 months i’ve only been getting 50 when I signed the contract for 100 towels and I’m paying for 100 towels weekly. The only competent people in the company are the drivers. They dont care about you unless you buy uniforms.
Absolute sharks. Continuous billing issues and always trying to raise rates. Don’t show up over half the time. Sleazy in their contracts and hypocritical in following it.
They trick their customers into lengthy contracts.
Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! A company that’s confident of their service should not make you sign three or five year contracts with only a small window to cancel. I can understand one year, if I’m happy I’d have no reason to leave. But to trap people like that is unconscionable.
