I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the uniforms provided by Cintas. This is my first time receiving uniforms from Cintas, and unfortunately, my experience has been unacceptable. The pants I received were clearly used, stained, and in poor condition. I returned them, expecting a proper replacement, but I was sent another set of used pants again.
