Absolute garbage company and the business model borders on criminal. Never, EVER, sign anything they offer. You’ll end up in a revolving contract with them for poor services and overpriced products. If the entire company dissolved tomorrow nobody would miss them.
This company is the worst. They charge random service charges and when asked about what they're for, I was told all I had to do was ask and they'd be removed. I asked for a buyout because I have been unhappy with my service and the offered me an addendum to my contract for a decrease in products and when I signed for the changes, they renewed my contract for the original terms. Total garbage. Bad service from upper management. I love my delivery guy! Cintas doesn't deserve him and his loyalty.
I work for a fleet maintenance shop in Lagrange, GA. Cintas is pitiful. I've requested new shirts due to mine being worn completely out. Finally got shirts with wrong badges on them. Sent them back and haven't seen them since. I had to put one star to write review. Actually they're almost a 1.
