I wish every vendor was as well run as Cintas. Anne has been servicing us for many years, and has been very helpful. Always adapting to changes in our team and has helped us get through many pinches for many years! Big kudos to Anne.

Your service was disappointing. Prompt resolution and improved support are expected. I send an email Jeanine to cancel our contract on Nov 20th and call them for 2 weeks asking on updates, in the meantime they keep sending invoices and act like they provide the service. On Dec 15th I send another email to Phillip, and they didn’t answer until today after I asked to speak with manager. Very disappointed
horrible experience with this company very deceitful on contracts and I do have messages i saved from one of their service managers saying they add info to contracts after signed. I will never use this company at any of my future endeavors. 0 customer service almost impossible to get anyone on the phone
Anne is very professional and great to work with. She has a winners attitude and has come through with supplies when I have been in a pinch. She is one of the reasons that my facility is successful. Excellent customer service and very helpful in helping take care of my needs in the facility.
