My company has been attempting to cancel/end our "contract" with them for well over a month and have gotten nothing but a run around concerning the matter. I didnt think that the service/customer care from this company could get any worse than it already was..... yet here we are. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. From experience, they are quick to sue for items not returned too, yet refuse to end the contract and pick the items up. Disgusting business practices across the board.
Fella who's regular Midland route we are on came in other day with a stench of marijuana. Nathaniel had bright red eyes. Does this company drug test their employees? Unsafe to have an individual like nathaniel behind the wheel. Endangering himself and people on the road. Serious action should be taken. How can someone like this boy represent your company.
