I do not recommend renting linens from them. We rented from them for our wedding and they were horrible. They were all different “shades” of “ivory” and many of them had giant stains, rips, and burn holes in them. I tried to find some last minute to replace them but couldn’t as everyone was booked. When they finally called me back to discuss the issue I was told “there’s not really anything I can do now I can’t get you new ones.” No discount was offered or anything. They don't wash the uniforms. They take them out of the bag and rehang them and send them back out. You receive them just as dirty and wrinkled and when you sent them to be laundered.
Don’t recommend getting paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, or trash cans from them. Their repair service is horrible, it’s been a month and still can’t get anyone out to repair them. Makes our business look horrible. Update: Received a call from the manager and got someone out here to repair the dispensers. Thank you!
