We waited for YEARS for the opportunity to cancel our AED service and our contract finally expired in February. We are still receiving bills. I have called and emailed. No one can/will fix it. Complete incompetence. Our protect/supply bills are always wrong, but we are stuck for one more year in that contract. DO NOT use this company!
I own a small restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC and could not have had a worse experience with Cintas. Never work with these people. They starting washing mats and rags for us when we were moving locations - it was always aimed to be a short term service. When we stopped service, they said we have a 5yr contract and are asking us to pay for the full value of the contract. We were never aware of any sort of contract.
