I would give zero stars if possible. The services they provide are fine and I don't really have a problem with that but I do with the company. It started with me getting duped into a ridiculously long 7 year contract. Maybe that is standard but as a new business owner i didn't catch that. The sales person said oh yeah you cancel services anytime. Well you can chage your services but not cancel. Money was tight so I was trying to save a little by stopping this but that is not possible. We waited for YEARS for the opportunity to cancel our AED service and our contract finally expired in February. We are still receiving bills. I have called and emailed. No one can/will fix it. Complete incompetence. Our protect/supply bills are always wrong, but we are stuck for one more year in that contract. DO NOT use this company!
