We are very happy with our Uniforms and Cintas . The best is our Sales Rep. Cody. He goes above and beyond for our Business. He is the best !!!
After multiple issues and bringing this to cintas' attention all they want to do is put a band aid on it instead of addressing the issue. They deemed shirt not wearable with silicone on it but let ones with holes in it continue for many months and per contract suppose to replace mats with clean ones every week hand soap sits empty for approx. a month, it was weeks before these items were addressed. recommend find other service than Cintas
overnight parking, park straight back to the right facing the driveway and leave wiggle room behind you. Someone is in Receiving at 0600 and you can deliver early. Very friendly people here.
Contacted the Spartanburg, SC asking for assistance. Pressed 0 to talk to the operator, she wasn't able to help. Passed me off to Customer Service, she had no idea what she was doing. She gave me a phone number to a manager (Erik Brooks), but it wasn't his phone number The company I work for does business with Cintas on the Rental and First Aid. Not getting any information
I work for them so I am bias but it is a great conpany
