Sales rep and sales manager will tell you difference agreements. Raise prices by 100% without notification. Very unprofessional business practice. Our 500+ units in Lansing MI will be blacklisting Cintas unless they do the right thing.
If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the absolute WORST company to do business with!! I would advise that nobody do business with them!! They are VERY unethical and management is terrible!! I had business with them for two years and decided I wanted to cancel my service due to horrible service. I was told that I was in a 5 year contract when representative originally told me that my payment was month to month and could cancel any time.. Now they are stating I owe them $6500!!! Customer service is horrible, getting someone to call you back is almost impossible. We have had supplies we're missing in our bathroom for weeks, have to purchase hand soap because the containers never full. Very disappointed in the service we have received.
