Amazing best place ever
We use them at BLVD West and its the worst experience we have ever had. They charge prices for what we could of owned for majority of these items by now. They don't keep up the quality either and continue to raise prices on items we have already paid off. The charge you for refills but don't even put the refills in. Lets also talk about the lack of professionalism with the corporate side and the drivers. Sales rep and sales manager will tell you difference agreements. Raise prices by 100% without notification. Very unprofessional business practice. Our 500+ units in Lansing MI will be blacklisting Cintas unless they do the right thing.
If I could give zero stars I would!! This is the absolute WORST company to do business with!! I would advise that nobody do business with them!! They are VERY unethical and management is terrible!! I had business with them for two years and decided I wanted to cancel my service due to horrible service. I was told that I was in a 5 year contract when representative originally told me that my payment was month to month and could cancel any time.. Now they are stating I owe them $6500!!!
