This is alarming to read all the reviews from other businesses or individuals. I wouldn't have them service my daughter old doll house. I usually try and resolve things prior to any review. However , after really reading all the negative comments and checking their BBB rating I see why. #STAY AWAY..... YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF USING WALMART.COM
I went here to get fire extinguishers serviced. I was told that "the guy" that does them was in a meeting. I was told to call in an hour to see if he was available to do them. I called an hour later and was told he would be available after 1:00pm. I came back at about 2:30 and was told "THE GUY" has already left and Fridays are a hard day for them. So apparently a large company such as Cintas only has ONE GUY that can do this service at this location. We will NOT be using this company ever again. CINTAS DO BETTER!!!!!!!
Very shady business practices. Cintas has been nothing but a headache to deal with. They claimed a routine service visit was just standard paperwork, then had a sales rep (not even a manager) sign off on what they said was a “completed service form.” Later, we found out they had actually used that signature to extend our contract without consent or explanation. Cintas is nothing more than a deceiving company. They brought in Stephen Edwards, a former classmate of mine in as my salesman and he lied about everything. MOST IMPORTANTLY he lied about canceling services altogether. He told me I would be able to cancel at ANY TIME and then I received a bill for $11,000.00 when I cancelled after a month because they never fulfilled my order. I will be taking these lowlifes to court. Save yourself the hassle.
Horrible service! I never get all my uniforms back and the past 2 weeks I havent gotten any uniforms back from them. They make excuses and lie saying they weren't turned in and then the next day they magically appear out of nowhere. They obviously dont train very well either. The drivers are always making mistakes and are bringing uniforms that belong to other companies. A complete mess! *UPDATE!!!* Delivered all 11 pairs of my pants finally but no shirts. Unifirst was never this bad! Smh!
