Horrible service! I never get all my uniforms back and the past 2 weeks I havent gotten any uniforms back from them. They make excuses and lie saying they weren't turned in and then the next day they magically appear out of nowhere. They obviously dont train very well either. The drivers are always making mistakes and are bringing uniforms that belong to other companies. A complete mess! *UPDATE!!!* Delivered all 11 pairs of my pants finally but no shirts. Unifirst was never this bad! Smh!
Top notch service every week. We appreciate how easy Cintas is to work with and how professional they have been from the very beginning. Being in the service industry, they know how to take care of their customers needs consistently.
