Cintas offers overpriced service paired with terrible offboarding policies. They won't let you cancel directly—instead, they make you wait for a designated phone call. It’s been almost a week of waiting, and every time I follow up, I'm just told to wait longer. Dragging out the cancellation process to collect extra fees is greedy and completely unprofessional.
Chris is spectacular! Always in an upbeat mood, and is great at breaking down my invoice for me during each visit. We love seeing him each monday with our supplies! Could not recommend more
This is alarming to read all the reviews from other businesses or individuals. I wouldn't have them service my daughter old doll house. I usually try and resolve things prior to any review. However , after really reading all the negative comments and checking their BBB rating I see why. #STAY AWAY..... YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF USING WALMART.COM
