They are very unethical. This is a horrible company to do business with. We cancelled our business contract with Cintas and they continued to bill us for services never rendered. A representative from Cintas showed up and showed us a forged renewal contract. The signature was not ours or from anyone at our business. They kept sending bills, late fees and threaten us with a $25,000 of late fees. The reason we cancelled is they continued to add new services and fees without our consent. If it wasn’t for our rep Hugo this company would get no stars. Hugo gets 5 stars… They change our rep constantly… hate that. We finally have one we really like HUGO! If they take Hugo away we will find another company for our needs. Oh and we liked Dak (not sure if it’s spelled right) and Omar… they’ve both been moved elsewhere. As a business owner for 40 years dealing with cintas has 100 percent dissatisfied me with their service and so called professional management, their other bad reviews lay out exactly what they are all about, hiding behind misleading fine print contracts, I sure would like to see what a judge in court would think about this corporation.
This company plays games, piling you up with stock or not delivering. Introductory price then thru the roof charges. Suite happy company. Many payments not credited for full amount. Currently filing lawsuits against many small businesses in my area. STAY AWAY FRON THEM!
