I would never recommend Cintas to any business owner. They repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled services, billed for work that was never done, and ignored follow-up requests for weeks at a time. Many times that they did show up, the work was incomplete and never communicated. Each complaint was met with a new “manager” who knew nothing about the account. You can be as difficult and bureaucratic as you want, but there’s no paperwork in the world that justifies charging for services that were never performed. That’s theft, plain and simple. In any common sense world, that’s grounds for termination — not negotiation. Our business had months of missed visits, false “completed” invoices, and excuses instead of accountability.
