Worst customer service ever! Awful company! Stay away! They will trap you into a contract for 5 YEARS!! Read fine print- you owe and they can mess up all your services and they still will hold you to it! Over priced products and service is terrible. Very poorly trained staff
If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I’m very disappointed in my experience with the Cintas location in Allen, TX. Their pricing is outrageously high compared to competitors, and the costs seem to increase without clear explanation or added value. What’s worse is the customer service — it’s nearly impossible to get straight answers or timely responses.
