The service team that comes by each week, would get 10 stars if available. Jesse is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! The reason for the 1 star review is because we notified Cintas of our rejection of their increase in pricing this year. When we first started the air service was $3.75 per bathroom (we have 2 per week) just 3 years later it is now $20.44 per bathroom. Ive been waiting 6 weeks for my uniforms, its sad since we order from this Company alot. Wish we could use Unifirst since I have friends that brag about them getting their stuff on time every time. Well they came out again today but No uniform shirts, whats going on???
I have to reshare this review since it was deleted! It has taken them 6 weeks to get my uniforms for me. The delivery guys are very nice but why it's taking so long is crazy!!
