I wish I could leave 0 stars.. I signed a 3 year contract with them as the seller was very kind and told me that if my business could not afford this that they are very negotiating on helping you get out of the contract. I have paid for 2 years, have gotten over charged and half the time they didn't bring the billed amount of towels. They had to bring them a different day but was still happy to bill you the full amount at the date that all of the product was supposed to be there.. We love our uniforms, but Cintas' commitment to excellent service is where they excel. Most businesses do not achieve that today, but our driver, Justin, goes above and beyond to take care of us. Justin is more than our Cintas representative—he is a friend.
