I would give this company no stars if possible. It is a nightmare trying to get our uniforms cleaned and returned to the employees. Some have been without their uniforms for MONTHS. This place is horrible. Do not trust them.
I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience to warn others. This company employs highly misleading sales practices that border on dishonesty. During the sales pitch, I was repeatedly assured that the service was "flexible" and could be "canceled at any time." Cintas solicited my business and installed their dispensers in my barbershop. Then they didn’t return for almost an entire month after I called like 4 times. Mind you they billed me weekly for a service they were not providing. They format their bills in a way that is deceptive and charge you weekly regardless of how much you consume or if they even show up. They have a driver/rep named Joe from Texas. He messed with my girlfriend. I'm Irish and have the temper to match. With employees like that l will never use that company!!!!
At first they treat you as if you're the only customer they have to cater to but wait a few months. Price increases, supplies are not stocked when they should be. I've been out of trashcan liners and paper towels since last week. After a few angry e-mails and phone calls I was promised I would have them first thing this morning.
