If you turn uniforms in for cleaning expect to only receive half of them back. Order more than what is needed. Many times I have to wash uniforms myself or wear other clothes. Follow up for this review. As requested I emailed Cintas and I still waiting for someone to contact me. It's been 5 months with nothing and the service has gotten even worse which I didn't think was possible.
