Don't sign the contract! Don't sign the contract! Sizes were wrong. Couldn't spell my name right. Couldn't get billing right. One person tells me one story, and another tells me a whole different story. These people are liars. I call to get no response back. Over and over again. This is a friendly reminder, you should not do business with CINTAS. Vinny the sales man was extremely misleading and lied straight to my face. Jamie the manager, doesn't know how to return calls. Thanks for the headache guys!!
Good service
Run away from these untrustworthy folks. Unless you like being tied to a 5 year contract at ridiculous prices. Their sales people will deliberately avoid telling you the contract is for 5 years with thousands in breakage fees. Stay away.
Have been doing business with Cintas for years now. Quality products and great communication between departments.
