Small businesses beware. Cintas uses deception (smoke and mirrors) with how they handle their service contracts and will try to sneak renewals through without being transparent. When confronted about how they did it, they will not work with you and will box you in for years. I believe in transparency with our own businesses and Cintas does not share the same values. This has happened to multiple businesses in our rural communities. They also were consistently missing items in our monthly deliveries over the years.

Always go beyond the limits.
Worked here for 3 years. They take advantage of their employees and customers. Oh and when you win a prize like a TV or something for doing good at your job. You have to pay for it. How is that winning? If I want to buy a TV I'll go to the store when I'm ready to buy one and if you choose not to accept the prize they tell you thats not the attitude we're looking for. Glad I left.
