Taylor made my experience relaxing and blissful. I learned some new things throughout the process - she was happy to describe what she was working on, while also making the space for me to unwind. This was my first acupuncture appointment, and I was nervous. There was no need, Taylor made everything run smoothly. I had cupping, gua sha and facial needling done. I’ve been working with Taylor for a few months now and I have seen such phenomenal improvements in the issues I’ve brought to her to work on. Every session she asks really detailed and thoughtful questions to assess where I’m at, and incorporates different modalities when appropriate. Taylor checks in throughout the session to ensure im comfortable, and is so genuinely kind- I feel very heard, seen, and taken care of. I leave every time feeling better and the results have sustained. Highly recommend!!

I’ve benefited so much from my sessions with Taylor! I’m just a few sessions, I’ve seen a pretty significant change in my muscular discomfort and in my overall stress levels. She made herbal at home recommendations that have been great additions to my routine. Cupping has been a really wonderful addition to our sessions, as well.
