Customer service is exceptional! BUT I would keep going back for their Cinnabon anyway. They are the best Ive ever had. The cinnamon was perfectly dispersed which helped keep the bun moist and gooey all the way through. Did you ever get one that's dry around the center? Not here! They are perfect. The guy at the counter was full of life and positive energy. What a surprisingly exceptional experience. Ive had worse dining at a 5 star restaurant!

Exceptional customer service from Miguel! Wasn’t sure which drink to get so he was super nice & helpful making me pick the right drink! Best of all he spoke spanish which made my mom feel very comfortable. We even came back again so she could get one for herself! Muy buen servicio Miguel. That’s a manager who knows how to run a business thoughtfully for all clientele!
Maria at Cinnabon is delightful. She made me laugh so much and added smiles to every customer I saw her serve. She made my perfect Pecan bun. Great experience!
