I was referred to this provider for medication management regarding postpartum care. After a series of calls, texts, and emails- she ghosted me, having never provided any services. It's already very hard for someone with postpartum depression to prioritize themself without having to go on a wild goose chase. I would expect more professionalism regarding the sensitive nature of this work.
