Really frustrating online merchant experience. Tried multiple different cards, and all of them were declined by the merchant without any explanation. Called my bank, and it was on the Cinepolis end, not mine. Tried again and it still didn't work. Tried to check out as a guest and it didn't work. Called the business and no one picked up. Bought tickets online for cinemark instead and faced no issues.
They were very strict about letting us in without an adult and then when we were walking in to the room of a PG movie they kicked us out for aledgedly “ sneaking into to the other movie” . But we never went in ,only looked inside but never stepped in. The angry manager kicked us out just because we were asking for the rules of being with a adult during a movie.
