I came back to change my rating and review. I have been going to Landmark Cinema in New West for a long time, and though they don't have VIP rooms, the seats are so much better! At Landmark they are much newer, and they recline all the way, including our feet. So it's a totally different experience. You can order from the Atom app, and skip the line at convenience and get your popcorn. At Cineplex Gateway, the price is the only VIP experience you're going to get. Great staff, very accommodating. Unfortunately, one star rating for the overall experience, we were in VIP theatre 2 and there were mice running around the theatre during the movie. We saw 3. Super gross and not acceptable when paying $30 for a movie ticket.
