Due to a technical glitch, we almost lost our tickets to see The Odyssey in IMAX and my husband became a “very concerned customer” (he was legit freaking out) but the manager, Liam, was absolutely incredible, assured us we would be able to see the movie, and treated us with such kindness and assurance. It was exemplary customer service! We were profoundly impressed. Thank you!
Overall great experience. Shoutout to Hana who attentively heard our preferences and graciously recommended a movie. Will be back!!
